Presents the team's research methodology, findings, and recommendations on the fundamentals of project execution planning, procedures, and supplier engagement-all with respect to alignment of engineering and procurement with construction. Also provides an overview of IR310-2, which contains tools and more detailed recommendations for each area. Introduces the team's further findings on effective alignment behaviors and automation for better alignment (also presented in IR310-2).
